ake 2 tablespoons of EatBest Multi Millet Health Mix in a small bowl. Add a little room-temperature water or milk and mix thoroughly into a smooth paste without lumps. Pour 1 cup (approx. 200ml) of water or milk into a cooking pot, stir in the paste, and place on medium flame. Cook for 5–7 minutes while stirring continuously until it reaches a thick porridge consistency. For Sweet Porridge: Mix in jaggery, honey, or dates syrup with a pinch of cardamom. For Savory Drink: Allow to cool, then blend with buttermilk, a pinch of salt, and curry leaves.
